Aloha Families,
Spring break will be upon us soon, mark your calendars students will have a half day on Friday March 15th and will be off for spring break beginning Monday March 18th returning to school on Wednesday March 27th. Please note on Friday March 15th there will be NO AFTERCARE provided. I hope everyone has a fantastic break!
Our school award assembly will be held on Thursday March 14th at 1:00pm in the cafeteria for those interested in attending. As stated in my email we will perform a very short sneak peak version of the song We Will Rock You that we have been practicing on our recorders, our goal is to showcase our entire version in May during our schools annual exhibition.
Maui Tumblers will now be offering gymnastics classes here after school at KCS. For those interested please follow the link here to register, scroll down and click on Kihei Charter School.
I am currently working on posting last week's invention commercial videos, the file is large and I am debating the best course of action for posting. I will email all once the video is up and running!
Reminders:
Our school is officially collecting box tops. Start collecting and send them in. There is a March challenge between the classrooms to see who can collect the most box tops. The winning classroom will earn a surprise!
