2. Freckle ELA – Today you will notice that you have an assignment waiting for you to complete. Please click on the assignment notifications to complete.
3. Week STEAM Break - Build a tool using only the resources found in your yard, at the park or at the beach, no tape, staples or glue should be included. Think of other ways you can hold something together with the materials around you such as grass or leaves. On a separate piece of paper write details of your tool. What materials did you use? Does your tool work? What is your tool used for? What changes could you make for improvement?

1. Daily Reading – 15 min. of reading
2. Freckle ELA – Word Study, complete the word study pre-test, next spend 20 min. going through your word study practice skills.
3. IXL Math – N.3, try and get 20 correct in a row!
Thursday
1. Daily Reading – 15 min. of reading
2. Typing Club – Spend 30 min. reviewing lessons and typing
3. Prodigy – 30 min.
Friday
1. Daily Reading – 15 min. of reading
2. Freckle ELA – Select an article of choice from the science section. Make sure to re-read if needed to answer the questions.
3. Freckle Math – Today when you log into Freckle you will click on the math icon. Next go to the base 10 math pretest. Complete the pre-test and then spend 15 min. additional in the base 10 area answering questions.
4. STEAM Break – Make sure you have completed your weekly STEAM break, review Monday’s assignment if needed.
Optional Weekly Assignments
1. Read a short fiction book of choice, once you have read your book create a min-book or comic strip with illustrations summarizing the book. Poster and or comic strips should include color and be presented in your best handwriting.
2. Lots of people solve problems! Doctors make people feel better. Firefighters put out fires. Veterinarians help sick animals. It is their job to solve problems. You can solve problems too! Think of a problem you see around you and that you would like to see solved. This can be a big or little problem, a global or local problem. Now design a solution to the problem you identified.

- Then write your solution to the problem, include as many details that you can and again please write this in a short paragraph form.
