Aloha 5th Grade!
Congratulations on a terrific start to your 5th grade year! Mr. Satovich and I are very excited to get to know all of you and we feel that this will be the best school year ever!

This week all students will be take the diagnostic assessment for Math and Language Arts in the iReady program. Please be sure to bring headphones on Tuesday, August 4. The headphones will stay in student's backpack and will be used for both assessments.

Parents:
*The student must be at least 8 years of age
*Your child's teacher MUST know the days the student
is riding the bus to confirm space.
Procedure: At the end of the school day, the students will be walked across the street to the middle school campus where the bus picks up students at 2:45.
If for whatever reason the bus is not running, KCS will provide a van to transport students to the Youth Center.

- If your student is planning to leave campus at the end of the day without adult supervision, please fill out a permission to leave campus form. The release forms will be available on Monday. Students may not leave campus without an adult unless the completed paperwork is on file.
- Also, be sure to turn in the completed authorization to travel form by Monday, August 3.
