You will have FOUR virtual assignments.
THIS SHOULD WORK NOW, PLEASE FILL IT OUT:
First, please go to this link with your parents and mark all the days you will be having lunch this quarter. There is an updated lunch calendar HERE. This is just to help administration get a realistic number for lunches. As usual, you will not be changed until after the food is given to you each day. If you never have lunch, you do not need to do this. REMEMBER, 4th graders do not eat on Mondays so do not click every single day!!! If you filled it out earlier, please do it AGAIN (we deleted previous responses).
Next, complete IXL to a smart score of at least 70:
We will have a quiz on fractions this week!
Third, go back to your spring break essay and revise it:
- Accept my changes by clicking the check marks.
- Then read my comments and revise your essay. Make sure you are editing and not suggesting. You can change this with the button under the Share button.
- For your introduction and conclusion, be sure to briefly mention the activities you will write about but do NOT say “Here’s what I did over spring break” or “I’m going to tell you…” or something like that. Just tell me! Intros and conclusions should be at least two sentences
- For body paragraphs (at least 5 sentences), add more details by thinking about:
- who you were with,
- what you did,
- where you were,
- when it was,
- why you did it,
- how you felt.
Last, think of some common Hawaiian words you see. Think about places, streets, names of people, and more. Search for the English translation here. Then, go to this shared Doc and type THREE new Hawaiian words next to your class number. Follow my sample on the doc and try to make your English translation as short as possible, not more than 4 words! Please do NOT do the same word as someone else! We will add these to our Hawaiian Words Wall tomorrow.
No testing, PE day. Please dress in something you can play kickball and basketball in. Bring a waterbottle.
