When choosing what to write about, pick something that is common, but something that you like; a sport, a dance, a food, toy, etc. Then make a list of the things that you already know about the item and another list of clues that would help solve the riddle. Don't forget to rhyme the second and fourth lines. There is no requirement for the length, but try to give enough clues that someone can guess what the object is.
The final poetry book is due Tuesday, February 16.
