First, watch these two videos: How Fossils are Made and The Magic School Bus: The Busasaurus (click the X if ads appear). While watching, write some interesting notes you learned from the videos in your journals. Title the page in your journal, “Fossil Video Notes.” Try to write about 1 page with spaces between each new note.
Then, think of a question you want to ask the class to make a bar graph. Choose 5-7 answers for your questions for students to pick. Make your questions unique, serious, silly, fun, interesting, different. Whatever! Write your question and all your answers on a new page in your journal. Title that page “Bar Graph Questions.”
Last, find a book you want to read and read for at least 15 minutes. Then, bring the book to school today.

Don’t forget to bring in your book, journals, and interview questions today! These should be in your backpack EVERYDAY!
